1General Terms & Conditions

Jitaba (jitaba.bet) is a licensed online Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Jitaba and its users. By using the platform, you accept and agree to these terms.

Jitaba reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

To place bets on Jitaba, you must first create an account. Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory. Accounts opened with false information may be suspended at any time and all balances may be forfeited.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed. The KYC verification process may require submission of a national ID card or passport.

• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3Betting Rules

Certain rules apply when betting on Jitaba. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so always double-check before placing one. For live betting, odds change in real time and the odds at the moment of acceptance are final.

Jitaba reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, which may vary by event and market. In the event of any dispute over a result, Jitaba's decision shall be final.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 (ten taka).
• The maximum payout for a single bet is subject to a specified limit.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet will be reassessed at the corrected odds.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, the bet will be voided and your stake will be returned.
• Betting using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

You can easily deposit on Jitaba via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–3 minutes. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.

Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–24 hours. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification. It is recommended that your withdrawal method match your deposit method.

5Bonus & Promotions Terms

Jitaba regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal offers. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

• Wagering requirements are typically 5–15x the bonus amount.
• Jitaba reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

6Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Jitaba. Violating these rules will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of all balances. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using someone else's account.
• Using betting bots or automation software.
• Money laundering via credit card.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Jitaba reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates its Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support.

• Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.
• Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance may be forfeited.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, you will be unable to log in to your account for the specified period.
